Happy Birthday Geisha~

posted by tristan @ 7/27/2008 10:54:00 PM

Happy Birthday to Geisha Felicia Loh. You will know how this name came about shortly.

Anyway, it was a birthday meant to be celebrated in a different way. We wanna do it the "Arty Farty" way. So there came the idea of Movie under the Stars at the National Museum and we decided to catch the 80s "Hairspray". I think it was nice experience, despite the fact that it was crowded. I totally enjoyed it, however the non-arty farty, Kelly Lee, claimed she's not enjoying and we decided to head down to TCC at Rendevous Hotel. Gosh, it was sucha miss not to be able to finish the entire film. You see, I've to visit the DVD rental now.

Don't you think it looks like school hall assembly session?

Welcome Home ~ Melis!

posted by tristan @ 7/24/2008 10:03:00 PM

Ohmygod. Just 2 days ago, while I was on the train back home, I thought my eyes was playing some tricks on me. I turned and saw someone whom look exactly like Melis. I wasn't too sure at that moment because just 1 week ago, I was still chatting with Melis on MSN and she was telling me she's in Perth and coming home soon. And that "soon", was just a couple of days away.

I tried calling her mobile, she tilted her head and saw me. We were both overjoyed and took a BIG HUG in general public. Who cares man! It has been like almost 6 months since I last saw her! Its worth all the attention. lolx. I'm so glad to see her. Next would be Ariel, and soon Jas. We seriously need to catch up people!

My brother told me London city is the size of Singapore, however the population is 3 times MORE. Thus, its busy, bustling and people everywhere. Although we have 3 times lesser, I can't stand the MRT train no more. Its CHEE-NA and BANGLA infested these days. What's happening?! And they think they are back in their hometown, occupying plastic bags on the seats, making the train stinks. Obviously, their every movement makes me sick. I don't mean to be racist, BUT, they are inconsiderate and irritating.

Friday! Friday! Its Friday!

Jagabee

posted by tristan @ 7/16/2008 11:26:00 PM

Let me introduce to you, my all-time favourite snack - Jagabee.

Of course, its a snack for the expensive taste. Judging at the packaging and size, its deem too pricey - 2 for $3.30 (You can get a big bag of Ruffles chips with this price).

Still, I love the awesome potatoe taste, which is so rich and yummylicious. Saito-san, Mayumi-san and I are huge suckers for this snack. I heard of the legendary potato stick sold only in Hokkaido. Apparently they only produce a certain amount each day. So Jagebee is kind of like a substitute for them, which taste almost the same.

Watching The Dark Knight tomorrow as its Star Alliance evening and meeting fellow airline colleagues from SQ, Thai Air etc. First I was thinking, what a silly movie, then I came to realise, its BATMAN! lolx.

Stay home Saturday

posted by tristan @ 7/12/2008 10:23:00 PM

Stay home saturday. For the past 3 days in school, this new module on System Analysis and Design sure gonna be a killer. What the heck is the lecturer talking about, let me figure out tomorrow.

Anyway, I've never been so healthy before. Working out is so not my cup of tea. But this morning, I dragged myself outta bed at 6:30a.m. to hit the gym and for a swim before heading for class at 9a.m.

I joined the Fitness First Platinum member about a week ago costing me $150.00 for month. You know 1 of my colleague said "Actually exercise can be dirt cheap, its just a matter of determination". Sorry, I'm just not determine enough to do the dirt cheap way. Perhaps, by pulling out $150 out from my wallet each month, it forces me to stick to a healthy regime at least 3 times a week. Plus, its just 5 minutes away from my workplace. My promise to Ariel when she was at CPH about 6 months ago - to become well-built. Suddenly I realised she'll be back in a month time and I haven't change for the better. Kudos to procastination. You rock!

But after the work out plus swim at the gym, I feel so healthy. Genki genki desu! Squeezing myself to maximum of 24/7 each week. Work, study, workout hopefully a bit of time for play. But at least I know that i'm not sitting and wasting time away. Time is precious.

Keep Bleeding Love

posted by tristan @ 7/06/2008 11:38:00 AM

Firstly, its a track by Leona Lewis. Secondly, I simply love Mark & Chelsie. They have such intense chemistry in their dance routine. Do watch the previous episode like the Argentina Tango. Amazing. Watching people dance, makes me feel like hitting the dance floor, badly. Plus, these few days Chew and Jo have been feeding me with their hiphop and jazz moves in school. They're sexy dancers. ;)

Oh, forget about our naive past of the badly cheograph dance routine back then. Still, we managed to grab hold champion title. I'm blushing already.

Have a great week ahead.
